1. Briefing process
> Submit a brief as a Google doc or a .pdf file to attach a detailed brief including a picture of the character you want to hire. (If you don't know how to write a brief, you can try to talk to us for advice.)
> If there is any point that you want to emphasize in particular, you can write it and attach it in the dock brief.
> Able to brief by mentioning the strengths and uniqueness of the characters such as facial expressions, model figures to meet the needs as much as possible
> Additional details can be attached, such as character's personality, music, mood tone, so that people can understand the overall picture of the work more as well.Procedure for getting a brief
> After submitting details Normally, the price will be according to the above mentioned guide. But if there are clothing details/elements/scenes that are not included in the character price We will make a price estimate for you.
> When you feel that the price is too high and want to fix the brief so that the expenses can be reduced, can be done

เงื่อนไข :1. ส่งบรีฟ
ขั้นตอนการบรีฟ
> ส่งบรีฟเป็นGoogle doc หรือไฟล์ .pdf เพื่อแนบรายละเอียดบรีฟรวมถึงรูปตัวละครที่ต้องการว่าจ้างโดยละเอียด (หากไม่ร้จะเขียนบรีฟยังไงลองทักมาปรึกษาได้นะคะ)
> หากมีจุดไหนที่อยากเน้นเป็นพิเศษสามารถเขียนเน้นแนบมาในด็อคบรีฟได้เลยะคะ
> สามารถบรีฟโดยกล่าวถึงจุดเด่นและเอกลักษณ์ของตัวละคร เช่น สีหน้า, หุ่นโดนประมาณเพื่อให้ตรงกับความต้องการมากที่สุด
> ทั้งนี้สามารถแนบรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม เช่น นิสัยของตัวละคร เพลง มู้ดโทน ประกอบมาด้วยเพื่อให้คนวาดเข้าใจภาพโดยรวมของงานมากขึ้นได้ด้วยเช่นกันค่ะขั้นตอนรับบรีฟ
> หลังจากส่งรายละเอียด ปกติแล้วราคาจะเป็นตามไกด์ข้างต้นที่แจ้งไว้ แต่หากมีดีเทลเสื้อผ้า/องค์ประกอบ/ฉากที่ไม่ได้รวมอยู่ในราคาตัวละคร เราจะทำการประเมินราคาให้ค่ะ
> กรณีที่รู้สึกว่าราคาสูงไป แล้วต้องการแก้บรีฟเพื่อให้ค่าใช้จ่ายลดลง สามารถทำได้
> แต่ถ้าหลังพูดคุยตีราคาแล้ว รู้สึกว่าเกินงบไปพอควร ลูกค้าสามารถตัดสินใจไม่จ้างแล้วได้ด้วยเช่นกัน โดยไม่ต้องลำบากใจกันทั้งสองฝ่ายหรือมายกเลิกงานทีหลังหลังทำการตกลงว่าจ้างไปแล้ว
> กรณีตัดสินใจว่าขอยกเลิกการจ้าง ในส่วนขั้นตอนนี้ไม่มีการเสียค่าใช้จ่ายแต่ประการใดเพราะยังไม่ได้มีการตกลงรับงาน และไม่ได้มีการตัดสิทธิรวมไปถึงแบล็กลิสต์ลูกค้าด้วยเช่นกัน เพราะงั้นขอให้ผู้ว่าจ้างสบายใจได้นะคะว่าสามารถทักมาสอบถามใหม่ได้กรณีมีคิว
> หลังจากจ่ายเงินมัดจำหรือครบเต็มจำนวนแล้วจะรันคิวตามลำดับคนที่โอนเงินมาก่อน2. รับงาน3. การชำระเงิน
ขั้นตอนการชำระเงินก่อนเริ่มงาน สามารถจ่ายมัดจำ 50% หรือ เต็มจำนวนได้ตามความสะดวกของผู้ว่าจ้างช่องทางการชำระเงิน
SCB / KBank / Promtpay / Arbum4. ส่งภาพร่างครั้งที่ 1 เพื่อตรวจสอบไกด์คร่าวๆ5. ส่งภาพตัดเส้น
ในขั้นตอนการส่งภาพร่างและภาพตัดเส้น สามารถปรับแก้ไขใหญ่ได้ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้งรวมกัน
> กรณีมีแก้จำนวน 3 จุด ครบตามโควต้า สามารถแจ้งบรีฟในส่วนของรายละเอียดที่ต้องการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมทีเดียวทั้งสามที่ได้เลย (ถ้ามีที่เดียวก็แจ้งที่เดียว)
> กรณีปรับเปลี่ยนเล็กน้อย เช่น การเอียงหัวเพิ่มนิดหน่อย ขยับริมฝีปากขึ้น จะไม่นับครั้ง
> กรณีเกินกว่านั้น และต่างออกไปจากบรีฟบรีฟแรกที่ทำการตกลงกัน เช่น การเปลี่ยนท่าทาง การจัดคอมโพสที่เปลี่ยนไป จะแก้ไขเพิ่ม + จุดละ 50 บาท
> ไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไขบรีฟกลางทางหรือเปลี่ยนไปจากบรีฟแรกตามที่ตกลงกันในครั้งแรกโดยสิ้นเชิง หากต้องการเปลี่ยน จะมีการชาร์จเพิ่มหรือตีราคาใหม่ หรือผู้วาดขอยกเลิกงานทันที และจะเก็บค่ามัดจำอัตโนมัติ เพราะฉะนั้นรบกวนบรีฟให้เรียบร้อยตั้งแต่ในขั้นตนแรกนะคะ6. ส่งภาพลงสี [ 80-90 %]
> ในขั้นตอนนี้จะแก้ไขได้แค่การเปลี่ยนเฉพาะสีแค่บางจุด เช่น เสื้อผ้า สีตา สีผม เอฟเฟคแสงเท่านั้น แต่จะเปลี่ยนท่าทาง คอมโพสไม่ได้แล้ว สามารถปรับได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง
> สงวนสิทธิขอยกเลิกงานและยึดมัดจำทันทีกรณีทำผิดกฎข้างต้น แต่ผลงานดังกล่าวของผู้ว่าจ้างจะไม่ถูกนำไปใช้ซ้ำ และจะไม่ทำการส่งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างด้วยเช่นกัน7. ตรวจเช็คผลงานครั้งสุดท้ายอีกครั้ง8. ทำการนำส่งผ่าน E-mail หรือ Google Drive

CANCELLATION
1. The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in English or Thai, or a breach of these Terms of Service. The Artist also reserves the right to stop or cancel work in the event of an emergency, accident, or illness.

การยกเลิกงาน
1. สิทธิ์ของศิลปินในการยกเลิกงานเนื่องจากความบกพร่องในการสื่อสารของลูกค้า ความบกพร่องทางมารยาทของลูกค้า หรือการละเมิดข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ รวมถึงสิทธิ์ของศิลปินในการยกเลิกงานเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัยและอาการป่วยของศิลปิน กรณีที่เกิดจากความป่วยของศิลปิน
เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันในกรณีผู้วาดขอยกเลิกงาน
> กรณีที่เราเป็นคนขอยกเลิกเอง ไม่ว่าจะป่วย ปัญหาสุขภาพ การติดงานใด ๆ ในขั้นตอนนี้แม้จะเริ่มงานไปแล้ว ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินมัดจำในส่วนของการว่าจ้างคืน
> แต่หากเป็นกรณีที่ ‘มีการสื่อสารผิดพลาด’ เช่น หลังว่าจ้างไปแล้ว มีการเปลี่ยนบรีฟกลางคันหลังเริ่มงานไปแล้ว ซึ่งนับว่าผิดเงื่อนไขตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ รวมไปถึงไม่สามารถพูดคุยตกลงกันในงานนี้ได้อีก ผู้วาดขออนุญาตยกเลิกงานโดยเก็บค่ามัดจำที่ได้ทำการว่าจ้างไป โดยจะไม่นำงานดังกล่าวไปใช้ต่อที่ไหน และไม่ส่งมอบงานดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้างด้วยเช่นกัน2. ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกงานได้เมื่อไหร่ ในกรณีไหนบ้าง?
เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันในกรณีผู้ว่าจ้างยกเลิกงาน
> ต้องการยกเลิกงาน กรณีลูกค้าเป็นคนขอยกเลิก ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ขั้นตอนไหน ทางผู้วาดจะเก็บค่ายกเลิกงานเป็น 50% ของราคางาน (หรือค่ามัดจำที่ได้ทำการชำระมานั้นเอง) โดยผลงานชิ้นนั้นก็จะไม่ถูกนำไปใช้ต่อที่ไหนรวมถึงส่งให้ลูกค้าด้วยเช่นกัน
> กรณีทำการว่าจ้างแบบคัสต้อมการสร้างตัวละคร / เบสท่าทาง / การจัดไทโป / Character Designs / Custom Adoptable หากทำการยกเลิก สิทธิในการถือครอง ดัดแปลง ขายให้ผู้อื่นจะเป็นของผู้ว่าจ้างทันที (ในกรณีเบสตัวละคร เบสที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นจะนับเป็นของผู้วาด แต่ตัวละครยังคงเป็นสิทธิของผู้ว่าจ้าง)
